Since my system at work is down right now and there isn't much that I can do I figured I would check the news real quick. This is an interesting story. I hope the guy can finish the hike. It is pretty inspirational. Yahoo! News - 2,168-Mile Trail Awaits 'Bionic' Hiker

I'm back from vacation. It looks like this week will be a lot of testing project 2 stuff and testing a data drop for project 1. I also have to retest the indexer components and hand them off to the 24 x 7 team. Another headache that I had to deal with was a new labor claiming system called e-Timecard. I didn't hear anything about this until I got emails saying that I hadn't submitted my timecards. But I did them in TOTALS, just as instructed. So now I have to learn yet another system and waste time listening in on a conference call about it. The link to e-Timecard is here -> http://e-te.div16.ibm.com/ET_Web/ Anyway, it is just another day at IBM. :-)
